Headquartered in Mumbai, India, Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is the largest private sector Defence company and shipyard in India and is involved in several submarine and shipbuilding projects for the Ministry of Defence. In order to make its costing and bidding process more efficient and accurate, L&T explored various cost management software options and finally decided for CostFact. In May 2021, CostFact was implemented in L&T’s environment and users at multiple sites were trained in software handling. Since then, CostFact supports L&T successfully in cost estimation and the development of the most cost-efficient solution.
